Chateau Tagliolo, in the possession of the Marquis Pinelli Gentile since 1498, stands proudly above the spacious vineyards of Alto Monferrato, which have always been considered one of the best places to grow Dolcetto di Ovada. A range created from strictly selected vines, grown in their private vineyards, includes fine varieties such as the famous "Castagnola" - aged in oak barrels dolcetto (classic method), as well as the traditional white and red wines of the chateau.

"Villa Sparina" is a renowned producer of high-quality wines in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. Its origins are linked to Mario Moccagata, who purchased the estate in 1978 and began the restoration of the estate. Today, the winery produces a variety of wines, including Gavi Monterotondo and Ottosoldi Gavi, which have received high marks from experts.

Villa Sparina's vineyards are spread over 70 hectares of land, including cortese, barbera and dolcetto plots. Tour to the winery "Brezza" from Barolo

The Brezza family estate winery, restaurant and hotel has a long history in the business, dating back to 1885.

The founder, Giacomo Brezza, first introduced his wine in 1910 and since then the family business has been passed down through four generations.

The estate has 24 hectares of land, of which 17 hectares are in vineyards. The rest is traditionally occupied by hazelnuts and forests typical of the Langhe region and the whole of Piedmont.

Annual production is 100,000 bottles, including traditional varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa and Dolcetto, all certified to DOC and DOCG standards. One of the key aspects of Brezza's activities is organic winemaking. This implies that the wines are produced from organic produce grown grapes with minimal use of chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
